Played with CodeIgnitor to see if I'd like it...

And I did, or at least have so far. I picked one of my projects and started builidng it from the ground up in CI - seems to be farily easy going. I've ran into some snags with it, but that's to be expected, I'm writing a PHP app from a Rails app.

Why am I doing this? Just because I'm curious about CI and last week I noticed that at least this app suffered from some performance issues just after a tiny amount of people where using it. It's not that I don't "Trust in Rails" it's that I can't afford to pay for a big hosting plan just to run it. I need to find something leaner.
